The panic attacks are often a result of stress. Whether you are stressed or expecting a stressful event you are at high risk of experiencing a panic attack.
There are two types of panic attacks which happen due to stress. The first type is the pre stress panic attacks. This is usually but not necessarily a mild form of attack. Usually children (again not necessarily) exhibit such attacks. This happens when there is a possibility or a likely hood of a stressful event. For example a child might throw an attack if there is a chance that he or she will be sent to a boarding school.
Or children might get uneasy at the thought of an upcoming social event or an upcoming bad result etc. The to-be-grooms or the to-be-brides can also experience such attacks. Also these attacks can affect the to-be-moms or even the to-be-dads. Dealing with these attacks is easy and does not require much effort. The types of panic attacks which happen due to stress are the post stress panic attacks. These attacks occur when some one is already under going a stressful life event or phase. The stress takes a lot on the body. In fact the stress and such attacks form a vicious cycle which is not impossible but very hard to break. The more stressed you are, the more anxiety you are going to experience. With the increased anxiety you increase your risk of getting into a severe panic attack. In such cases the solution lies in eradicating the cause of the stress.
If that is not possible then one should learn to manage the stress. First of all one must acknowledge if one is depressed or stressed about something. Not acknowledging a stress or depression can worsen up a situation. Once the presence of stress and depression is acknowledged, the ways are devised with to eliminate it of if that is not possible then ways are devised to deal with it.
